How do I get started?
Create an account, verify your email, and tell Aura what you’d like help remembering. You can skip optional personal questions and change your answers in Settings.
Do I need WhatsApp or Telegram?
No. Your conversations, saved information, and plans live together in Eternt.
Can I send images?
Attach a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image to your conversation. The upload control shows the file-size limit, and your plan sets the AI allowance.
Who can see my family’s information?
Only share items you want other household members to access. Household membership does not grant access to another person’s private conversations. Review the Privacy notice and sharing controls before sharing.
What happens at my AI limit?
New AI requests pause. Eternt shows the reset time returned by your plan. Existing saved reminders continue independently of new AI requests.
Can I turn proactive messages off?
Choose “Only when I ask” in your personal setup. You can also choose quiet hours and a daily nudge limit.
How do I recover my account?
Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. Open the reset link sent to your email and choose a new password. Expired links can be replaced by requesting a new one.
Why can’t Eternt load my space?
Check your connection and try again. If your session expired, log in again. Eternt will not replace your account with sample data when a service is unavailable.
